Overview

YouThere is an AI photo creation service for football fan-cam style images. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can contact us.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to provide the service, keep accounts secure, process payments, and comply with law.

1. Account information - email address, name or display name, authentication identifiers, profile settings, and support messages.
2. Uploaded photos and prompts - person photos, selected templates, country or styling choices, generation prompts, and generated images.
3. Creation history - generated files, watermarked previews, download status, timestamps, credit usage, and related audit records.
4. Payment and subscription records - plan, billing cycle, credits granted, payment status, transaction identifiers, subscription identifiers, invoices, and refund or chargeback status. Payments are processed by Creem. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
5. Usage and device data - pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location, logs, errors, and security events.
6. Cookies and similar technologies - session cookies, preference cookies, and security cookies used to keep you signed in, remember choices, and protect the service.

We may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with YouThere through behavior analytics, heatmaps, and session replays.

Photos, Face Data, and AI Providers

Uploaded photos may contain face-related information. We use this information only to provide the requested AI photo creation features, maintain reusable person profiles when you choose to save them, improve safety checks, troubleshoot generation quality, and prevent abuse.

We may send uploaded photos, prompts, and related generation data to AI infrastructure providers that process the request on our behalf. We do not use your uploaded photos to build a face-recognition database, identify you across other services, or train biometric identification systems.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve YouThere.
• Create AI-generated images and store creation history.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Process payments, subscriptions, credits, refunds, tax, and fraud checks through Creem and other service providers.
• Provide support, respond to requests, and send transactional notices.
• Enforce our Terms of Service, content rules, and safety policies.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and illegal activity.
• Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and platform review obligations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed for the service:

• Service providers - hosting, database, storage, authentication, email, analytics, AI generation, safety review, customer support, and payment processing providers.
• Creem - payment checkout, subscription management, invoices, payment status, refunds, disputes, and fraud prevention.
• Legal and safety reasons - to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers - if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy.

• Account information is kept while your account is active.
• Creation history and generated files are generally retained for 90 days unless you delete them sooner or a longer period is required for security, billing, or legal reasons.
• If you delete a person profile, it is removed from future generation immediately. Related backend artifacts may be retained until linked creations reach the end of their 90-day retention window, after which the related creation files are deleted.
• Account deletion requests have a 7-day cooling-off period. If you do not cancel the request during that period, deletion execution begins. We delete account data, person profiles, photos, creation files, watermarked previews, and generation snapshots, while retaining only minimal legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and audit records.
• Payment, invoice, subscription, refund, chargeback, and abuse-prevention records may be retained as required by law or legitimate business needs.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information. You can manage some information in your account settings. For privacy requests, contact us at privacy@youthere.live.

You can also contact support@youthere.live for account, billing, or product support. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Children and Age Restrictions

YouThere is intended for adults. You may not use the service if you are under 18. You may not upload photos of minors or use the service to create sexual, exploitative, deceptive, or abusive content involving minors. If you believe a minor's information has been submitted, contact privacy@youthere.live.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including transport encryption, access controls, logging, and limited employee access, to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice through the service or by email.
